Simulator reservations can be made in advance online, via WhatsApp, and through the Trackman app.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before your reserved time. In this case, we will gladly assist you in rescheduling your session for another available time.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund cancellations within 24 hours of your reserved time. We appreciate your understanding, as short-notice cancellations prevent other guests from enjoying the simulator.
Simulator Usage:
Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to check in and receive a brief introduction to using the simulator.
Please follow the instructions of our staff at all times to ensure your safety and the proper functioning of the equipment.
Bunker is not responsible for injuries or personal damage from improper simulator use.
Other Provisions:
Bunker reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We recommend that you review them periodically.
